TREMFYA withMe is here to help patients with prescription fulfillment, cost support, injection support, and treatment expectations.

TREMFYA withMe can help to verify insurance coverage for your patients, provide reimbursement information, find financial assistance options for eligible patients, and provide ongoing support to help patients start and stay on TREMFYA®.

Your Field Reimbursement and Access Specialist (FRAS) provides in-office educational support and additional assistance to help patients have a positive experience throughout their TREMFYA® treatment journey.

Specialty pharmacies provide enhanced product fulfillment and patient support services such as enhanced prescription transfers and patient outreach.

Enhanced services provided by each specialty pharmacy may vary.

If a patient has been prescribed TREMFYA® for approved on-label use and is 18 or older, they are eligible for this program.

Patients can call a TREMFYA withMe Guide at their convenience at 1-833-WITHME1 (948-4631). Their TREMFYA withMe Guide will be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM ET.

For those eligible, TREMFYA withMe is completely free. Eligibility for program components may vary.

Yes, patients will speak to the same Guide throughout their treatment journey.

All patients your office signs up will be matched with the same Guide. Patients who sign themselves up may be assigned to a different Guide.

The TREMFYA withMe Guide is a qualified healthcare professional* ready to help. Guides are conveniently located throughout the United States to assist patients within their respective time zones.

Yes, they can opt out of TREMFYA withMe, or change their communication schedule and preferences, at any time, by calling 1-833-WITHME1 (948-4631). Patients can also opt out of receiving emails from us by following the instructions at the bottom of each email.

Right now, TREMFYA withMe contracts with 13 specialty pharmacies to provide a seamless product experience for patients. And we are constantly improving and enhancing our network as we seek to develop the best and most comprehensive offerings.

Beyond the core product offerings, our specialty pharmacies provide enhanced services designed to help avoid delays in fulfillment and to support your patients throughout their treatment journey.

Not at all! You can send TREMFYA® prescriptions to the specialty pharmacy of your choice. When you choose from one of the 13 pharmacies in the Specialty Pharmacy Enhanced Services Network, we will make sure that both your practice and patients have all they need to receive a seamless and smooth treatment experience.

Once you sign up patients, they’ll have additional support on their treatment journey.
